Shreena Patel, PAC, is a certified Physician Assistant who provides compassionate, patient-centered urologic care as part of the UroPartners team. She has been with UroPartners since completing her graduate training and is dedicated to helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.

Shreena earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from the College of Health Sciences at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate education at Loyola University Chicago, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Her academic training prepared her to evaluate and manage a wide range of urologic conditions in collaboration with UroPartners physicians.
She is currently affiliated with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, St. Alexius Medical Center, and Alexian Brothers Medical Center, allowing her to support patients across both outpatient and hospital settings.

Shreena assists in the evaluation and management of a variety of adult urologic conditions, including:

• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH / enlarged prostate)
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Urinary frequency, urgency, and discomfort
• Kidney stone symptoms and follow up care
• Hematuria (blood in the urine)
• Bladder and urinary concerns in adult men and women
• General urologic conditions

She works closely with UroPartners urologists to ensure accurate diagnosis, timely follow up, and coordinated care.

As a Physician Assistant, Shreena provides nonsurgical urologic care and supports office based and hospital services, including:

• Comprehensive urologic evaluations and follow up visits
• Medication management for urinary and bladder conditions
• Patient education and counseling
• Pre and post procedure care coordination
• Inpatient urology support and hospital rounding
• Diagnostic testing coordination and review

Her role helps ensure continuity of care and enhances access to urologic services for patients throughout the Chicagoland area.
